Job summary

Under Armour Porto is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, coach teammates, and drive sales while upholding brand standards. You’ll manage payroll/scheduling, merchandising, and loss prevention to deliver a top-notch customer experience.

This full-time role requires retail experience and leadership, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Local language fluency is essential; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• May lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg) per shift.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and drive achievement of sales and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maintain brand standards and a well-presented store floor.
• Support omni-channel efforts and promote UA apps and campaigns.
• Lead ownership of key areas like Talent, Visuals, and Operations.
