You will perform checkout, stock, and product recommendations, participate in omnichannel requests, and contribute to a high-energy, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; 18+ in some locations.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kg and move around the store.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Willing to work holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Promote the Rewards program and customer loyalty.
