Randstad in Madeira is seeking a talented Architect to lead a real estate group's in-house design team. You will shape high-end homes that respect Madeira’s heritage while appealing to international buyers.

The role demands a Master’s in Architecture, 2+ years of work with a strong portfolio, and full Ordem dos Arquitectos membership to sign licenses. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Office and Google tools is required.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Architecture and Portuguese licensing requirements.
• Minimum 2 years with a proven portfolio and ability to meet Portuguese licensing requirements.
• Full membership in Ordem dos Arquitectos and legal right to sign building license applications in Portugal.
• Proficiency in modeling and technical drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office and Google products).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English.

At Randstad we are looking to find a talented and entrepreneurial Architect to be part of a real estate group's team in Madeira. This group is at the exciting launch stage of an integrated real estate, architecture, engineering, and construction operation in Madeira. Your mission is to create modern, sustainable, high-end homes that respect the island’s heritage while appealing to an international market. As the group's first in-house architect, you will have a direct role in defining the projects and the future of the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop exceptional architectural concepts that challenge conventional thinking and set new benchmarks in design.
• Oversee all phases of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to design intent, budget, and schedule.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, materials, and design methodologies to continually elevate our practice.
• Collaborate closely with in-house engineers, project managers, and real estate professionals to deliver integrated solutions from concept to completion.
• Foster a collaborative environment, inspiring and guiding junior architects and designers.
• Build strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating design concepts and ensuring their vision is realized.
• Integrate sustainable principles and practices into all projects, contributing to a greener future.
• Ensure designs are sensitive to the local context and contribute positively to the Madeira community.

Qualifications
