Welvaart seeks an experienced APS Cloud Specialist to ensure stability, availability and operational excellence of critical banking applications and cloud platforms. You will manage incidents, drive automation and support cloud transformations in a hybrid Lisboa environment.

The role emphasizes DevOps, IaC, and platform reliability with on-call rotations and DR readiness. A Master’s in CS/CE and 11+ years in related fields are preferred, with strong ITIL knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 11+ years of experience in Application Production Support, IT Operations or Software Engineering.
• Experience with production support for business-critical applications.
• Strong knowledge of incident management and operational processes.
• Experience in 24/7 support environments.
• Experience with cloud-based applications and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Application Production Support for Wealth Management applications and data platform services.
• Manage incidents, service requests and production support activities in line with SLA commitments.
• Ensure application availability, stability and performance across production environments.
• Participate in shift rotations, on-call support and weekend/public holiday coverage.
• Develop and maintain Ansible Playbooks for automation and Terraform scripts for IaC.
• Support cloud infrastructure provisioning and deployment activities.
• Train and support Operations teams on automation and containerization technologies.
• Promote operational excellence by reducing MTTD and MTTR.
