Euphoric is building an AI-native benefits platform with a global reach from Portugal. You will own full-stack development, delivering AI-powered features and high-quality code, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to move fast and ship responsibly.

The role offers a remote-first setup in Portugal, with strong emphasis on hands-on impact, experimentation, and growth within a fast-velocity team.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in industry with startup** experience.
• Hands-on full-stack skills in React/TypeScript and/or Python.
• Experience deploying apps on cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Applied AI/ML experience delivering features to users.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-first features end-to-end for the benefits platform.
• Work with AI tooling (e.g., agents/LLMs) to ship iterations.
• Collaborate with design and product to deliver prototypes at pace.
• Maintain clean, tested code with documentation.
