Init Digital Communication Portugal is seeking a (Senior) AI Engineer to actively shape the future of AI. In this role, you will develop, train, and optimize AI models, while implementing solutions across various use cases. You will be based in Porto or work remotely from anywhere in Portugal.

Applicants should possess a degree in Computer Science or Data Science, strong Python skills, and professional experience in AI/ML development. The position offers flexible hours, generous vacation, and private health insurance.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in developing AI/ML applications.
• Strong Python skills and experience with common AI frameworks.
• Experience in developing LLMs and NLP pipelines.
• Working knowledge of data processing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Development, training, and optimization of AI and ML models.
• Implementation of AI-driven solutions across various use cases.
• Maintenance of scalable backend services for AI models.
• Contributing to the AI strategy through innovative solutions.

Conhecimentos

Python skills

Development of AI/ML applications

Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)

Knowledge of prompting and vector embeddings

Excellent English

Good German skills
