A multinational IT consultancy in Lisbon is looking for a Mid-Senior Level Application Support Engineer. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree and experience in production support, Java Application Servers, Kubernetes, API Gateway integrations, and RHEL Linux. Qualificações

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience in production support and operation of critical applications, including incident (P1/P2), problem, and change management following ITIL.
• Strong experience with Java Application Servers (RedHat JBoss EAP) and Java performance analysis (heap and thread dumps).
• Strong experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift (Cloud) and API Gateway integration (Axway / APIGEE).
• Solid knowledge of RHEL Linux OS for system operation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and CI/CD tools (Dynatrace, ELK, Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD).
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
