What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a senior Application Production Support profile with Expert-level English to join an exciting opportunity in the banking sector, focused on supporting AI-driven applications. The consultant will be integrated into the Production Team within the Banking and Financing Services business area, particularly the Artificial Intelligence Unit.

The role will involve support for:

• RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
• Other innovative AI projects

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide direct IT support to the business
• Ensure proper coverage during working shifts
• Handle requests via email, phone, or in person
• Maintain constant communication with stakeholders
• Analyze underlying issues and propose sustainable solutions
• Automate daily tasks using scripts and other tools
• Be available for rotating shifts on weekends/holidays

Key Technical Skills:

• Experience with Virtual Machines (VMs)
• Performance monitoring tools (preferably Dynatrace)
• RPA tools (preferably Blue Prism)
• Infrastructure as Code (preferably Ansible)
