We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support a hybrid opportunity in Porto, within the banking sector. This role focuses on improving deployment practices, strengthening automation capabilities and supporting collaboration between development and operations teams in an international environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support operations teams in the adoption of Infrastructure as Code, scripting and modern DevOps practices applied to infrastructure.
- Improve release management and deployment pipelines, ensuring more reliable and efficient software delivery.
- Maintain and optimize Windows and IIS-based infrastructure while supporting the transition towards containerized platforms.
- Facilitate collaboration between development and operations teams, helping align delivery practices, operational needs and technical standards.
- Promote automation, standardization and continuous improvement across deployment and infrastructure practices.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Between 6 and 9 years of professional experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, automation or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Strong background in operations environments, with the ability to coach teams and transfer knowledge in a practical and structured way.
- Experience working in hybrid and distributed teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto, with office presence two days per week.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY
- Base salary range: EUR 18 000 - EUR 22 000 gross/year
- Total compensation: up to EUR 35 000/year
The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
