Hexa Consulting is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and govern enterprise platform capabilities in the financial services sector. The role focuses on AWS, CI/CD, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, observability and internal developer platforms.

You will define standards, maintain CI/CD frameworks, drive platform adoption and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security, reliability and time-to-market.

Qualificações

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps or SRE.
• Experience defining enterprise platform standards, CI/CD frameworks and developer platform capabilities.
• Strong experience with AWS and GitLab in large-scale environments.
• Experience with version control, configuration management, software delivery and deployment automation.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience with observability, reliability, incident management and operational excellence.
• Experience building or operating Internal Developer Platforms.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, vulnerability management, secrets management, policy-as-code and compliance automation.
• Experience with platform governance, DORA metrics and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree and professional working proficiency in English.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 18 000 - EUR 22 000 gross/year

Total compensation: up to EUR 35 000/year

The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
