55 Tech is seeking a Backend Developer to join our growing team. You will work on our odds feed API infrastructure, manage and optimize databases, and contribute to our scraping network.

The role targets performance-sensitive environments with a focus on reliability and latency. A strong background in Python and databases, plus a collaborative, cross-functional mindset, is essential.

We value initiative, autonomy, and the ability to ship robust backend systems in a fast-paced start-up setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills, with a focus on Python (familiarity with PostgreSQL, Git, Node.js, React, Supabase, and APIs is a big plus).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
