team.blue is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join the AI & Data function. You will transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets, build KPIs and semantic models, and deliver data products feeding reporting layers across multiple domains such as marketing, product usage, customer care, and revenue.

Reporting to the Director of Analytics, you will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand context, validate assumptions, and deliver at pace

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering roles.
• Proficient with dbt Core/Cloud.
• Experience with Databricks or equivalent cloud platform.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modelling and data warehousing patterns.
• Advanced SQL with complex transformations and window functions.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple domains with limited guidance.
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design and build dbt models on Databricks to transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets.
• Define KPI logic with stakeholders to ensure consistent definitions across domains.
• Maintain semantic/presentation layer and data products for reporting.
• Apply software engineering practices to analytics code: versioning, testing, CI/CD, documentation.
• Onboard new data domains and align on KPI definitions with domain owners.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to enable self-service reporting.
• Contribute to data governance, naming conventions, lineage, and model cataloguing.
