Job summary

Nordea Asset Management Portugal (NAM Portugal) offers an internship as a Financial Crime & Distribution Analyst to support AML/CFT and sanctions activities. The role is based in Oeiras (Quinta da Fonte) and requires 100% on-site work, with a gross monthly salary of 1,400 € plus a meal allowance.

You will perform due diligence reviews, PEP & sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring while collaborating with teams in Luxembourg and Stockholm.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills.
• Law/Finance/Economics degree or about to graduate.
• Willingness to work on-site in Oeiras (Quinta da Fonte).

Responsibilities

• Perform documented due diligence reviews for customers, distributors, or assets.
• Conduct AML/CFT and sanctions screening and transaction monitoring.
• Contribute to ongoing AML/CFT process improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure stakeholder communication and reporting; build relationships with internal teams.
