This role requires 5+ years of experience, specifically in fast-paced technology startups, and a passion for AI. You will lead the candidate experience from sourcing to interviewing, using Tribe's AI tools to streamline the process. The position offers a dynamic work environment focused on creativity and efficiency, with in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of work experience, ideally at fast-paced technology startups.
• 2+ years in a customer- or candidate-facing role.
• Strong communicator who loves meeting people.

Responsabilidades

• Source, qualify, and interview candidates for open roles in engineering and AI.
• Stay in close communication with hiring managers to keep searches on track.
• Work with the Head of Talent on automating the recruiting funnel.
