Siemens Mobility is seeking an AI Backend Engineer to transform user needs into scalable, production-grade AI services. You will own end-to-end AI features, from design to deployment, with a focus on data-centric development and robust evaluation.

You will collaborate with engineers, tendering, and operations, mentoring juniors and working students, and shaping AI-enabled designs that go beyond prototypes.

Qualificações

• Strong software engineering foundation with 5+ years in AI, NLP, or information retrieval in production.
• Experience bridging exploratory data science (CRISP-DM) with SDLC for deterministic releases.
• Hands-on production AI systems experience with end-to-end ownership.
