Job summary

Inoweiser is seeking an experienced AI-enabled developer to design, build, and deliver AI-powered solutions using Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with clients to translate requirements into technical architectures and help deliver AI projects from concept to implementation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, and Azure AI Foundry, mentoring junior colleagues, and active participation in workshops and training, within a hybrid Lisbon-based setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT, Data, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, Azure AI Foundry, or similar Microsoft AI technologies.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics, Data Science, or related areas.
• Strong learning mindset and passion for emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously and interact directly with clients.
• Interest in mentoring and supporting the growth of junior colleagues.
• Potential to evolve into delivering formal technical training and enablement sessions.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model based in Lisbon
