Decskill is seeking an AI Solution Architect to lead business analysis and discovery workshops, translating business needs into scalable architectures and AI-enabled solutions. You will bridge discovery, architecture, and high-code delivery, evaluating architecture options with estimates and technical approaches.

You will design integration and cloud architectures for complex solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions, producing executive-grade materials and guiding

Qualificações

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and discovery workshop facilitation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical/solution architecture.
• Experience with Python, .NET, React and APIs.
• Strong experience in integration and cloud architecture.
• Understanding of AI/LLM technologies including AI Agents, RAG and LLM-based solutions.
• Experience producing technical estimates, architecture options and executive-facing materials.
• Ability to work across both business and technical domains.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

• Pure Business Analyst profiles.
• Pure Organizational Change Management profiles.
• Ideal profile: a consultant/architect with strong technical foundations, capable of understanding the business problem, designing the architecture and guiding the delivery of AI-augmented, high-code solutions.
