Decskill is seeking an experienced RPA & AI Developer to design, build and deploy automation and GenAI-enabled solutions. The role covers integration with third party apps, API-based AI components and continuous improvement of development practices.

Based in Lisbon area with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid, the team works in hybrid mode. The candidate will collaborate across disciplines and apply Agile methods, Git, CI tools and Kubernetes in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• RPA development experience (+2 years) with Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or UIPath.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, Java and Angular or related frameworks.
• Experience with CI tools, Git and Kubernetes in Agile teams.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team in hybrid mode.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test and implement RPA robots interacting with multiple third party apps.
• Develop and deploy GenAI solutions using APIs and integrate AI into workflows.
• Improve software development practices for reliable, high quality deliverables.
• Gather business needs and create functional documentation.
• Ensure reliability, monitor and evaluate solution performance.

We are looking for a RPA & AI Developer.

Responsabilities:

• Responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of RPA robot's which will interact with multiple third party applications
• Develop and deploy GenAI solutions using APIs
• Integrate Generative AI into existing RPA workflows
• Continuous improvement of software development best practices towards reliable and high quality deliverables
• Collect, analyse the needs expressed by the business and associated functional documentation
• Ensure reliability and quality on the deliverables
• Test, monitor, and evaluate solutions
• Collaborate with other disciplines to achieve our goals
• RPA development experience (+2 years) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism (highly recommendable), Automation Anywhere, UIPath
• Involvement in AI related projects (GenAI, RAG, NLP, ML)
• Previous Experience in development with programming languages/frameworks namely C# .NET, Python, NoSQL, Angular, Java
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI tools, GIT, Kubernetes, etc
• Ability to work in a multicultural team in hybrid mode
