Consort Group is seeking an AI / RPA Developer to design and implement intelligent automation solutions, integrating Generative AI into enterprise processes. You will work across Build and Run sides to deliver scalable automation and AI capabilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply Python, .NET/Java, and APIs, and ensure quality through code reviews and documentation. English will be your primary language; French is a plus, and a passion for emerging tech is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in Intelligent Automation, RPA, or Software Development environments.
• Professional English required; French is a plus.
• Experience designing and developing automation and AI-enabled solutions.

AI / RPA Developer

As an AI / RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing intelligent automation solutions and integrating Generative AI capabilities into enterprise business processes within our ecosystem.

Build side:

• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using market-leading automation platforms.

• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions leveraging APIs and modern AI technologies.

• Integrate AI capabilities into existing automation workflows to improve efficiency and business value.

• Analyze business requirements and transform them into scalable technical solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation opportunities and technical approaches.

• Contribute to software development best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop reusable components and maintainability standards for automation solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and quality guidelines.

Run side:

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize automation and AI solutions in production environments.

• Troubleshoot incidents and implement corrective actions to ensure platform stability.

• Validate solution quality through testing, monitoring, and performance evaluation.

• Support deployment, release management, and operational activities.

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of delivered solutions.

• Provide technical support and expertise to stakeholders and project teams.

• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing practices.

This is your background

You have at least 2 years of experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA, or Software Development environments. You are passionate about emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence and Automation, and enjoy transforming innovative ideas into business value. You are looking for a collaborative environment where continuous learning and innovation are encouraged.

You have developed strong technical foundations in automation and software development and are eager to deepen your expertise in AI-driven solutions. You want to work on impactful projects, contribute to digital transformation initiatives, and expand your skills across automation, cloud-native technologies, and modern software engineering practices.

This is your expertise:

• RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.

• Artificial Intelligence technologies including Generative AI, RAG, NLP, and Machine Learning concepts.

• Development technologies such as Python, C#/.NET, Java, Angular, NoSQL databases, and API integrations.

• Agile methodologies, Git, CI/CD tools, Kubernetes, and modern software delivery practices.
