Consort Group is seeking an AI / RPA Developer to design and implement intelligent automation across our enterprise ecosystem. You will build RPA solutions and integrate Generative AI capabilities to improve business processes.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in automation or software development, strong English communication, and a collaborative mindset. Hybrid work in Lisbon, with ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Qualificações

At least 2 years in Intelligent Automation or software development.
Experience with RPA platforms: Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere.
Experience integrating Generative AI into enterprise workflows.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

AI / RPA Developer

As an AI / RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing intelligent automation solutions and integrating Generative AI capabilities into enterprise business processes within our ecosystem.

Build Side

Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using market-leading automation platforms.
Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions leveraging APIs and modern AI technologies.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing automation workflows to improve efficiency and business value.
Analyze business requirements and transform them into scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation opportunities and technical approaches.
Contribute to software development best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop reusable components and maintainability standards for automation solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and quality guidelines.

Run Side

Monitor, maintain, and optimize automation and AI solutions in production environments.
Troubleshoot incidents and implement corrective actions to ensure platform stability.
Validate solution quality through testing, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
Support deployment, release management, and operational activities.
Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of delivered solutions.
Provide technical support and expertise to stakeholders and project teams.
Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing practices.

You have at least 2 years of experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA, or Software Development environments. You are passionate about emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence and Automation, and enjoy transforming innovative ideas into business value.
