Caixa Mágica Software in Lisbon is seeking an AI/RPA Developer to join the Quality (Lisbon) team. You will design, develop, test and implement RPA robots, deploy GenAI solutions, and integrate AI into existing workflows.

The role requires strong RPA platform experience (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath), proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, NoSQL, Angular or Java, and familiarity with Agile, CI tools, Git, and Kubernetes. Hybrid work and team collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in designing, developing, testing and implementing RPA robots interfacing with third-party apps.
• Involvement in GenAI, RAG, NLP or ML related projects.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, NoSQL, Angular or Java.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI tools, Git and Kubernetes.

We are looking for an AI/RPA Developer profile for the Quality (Lisbon) team.

What will you do?

• Responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of RPA robot's which will interact with multiple third party applications
• Develop and deploy GenAI solutions using APIs
• Integrate Generative AI into existing RPA workflows
• Continuous improvement of software development best practices towards reliable and high quality deliverables
• Collect, analyse the needs expressed by the business and associated functional documentation
• Ensure reliability and quality on the deliverables
• Test, monitor, and evaluate solutions
• Collaborate with other disciplines to achieve our goals

What are we looking for?

• RPA development experience (+2 years) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism (highly recommendable), Automation Anywhere, UIPath
• Involvement in AI related projects (GenAI, RAG, NLP, ML)
• Previous Experience in development with programming languages/frameworks namely C# .NET, Python, NoSQL, Angular, Java
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI tools, GIT, Kubernetes, etc
• Ability to work in a multicultural team in hybrid mode
• Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing) Practice
• French is a plus Notions
• High level of analysis and problem solving capability
• Organization, process and client focus oriented skills
• Ability to clear communicate and report project status to the management
