LUZA Group is seeking an experienced AI Risk Manager in Lisbon to define and implement the AI Risk Management framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory and governance requirements.

You will assess AI risks, establish controls, and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Security, DPO, Audit, Business, and Technology teams to ensure governance compliance.

The role offers remote work when possible, equipment, a benefits plan, and long-term collaboration on high-impact projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Audit.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance principles and risk domains.
• Solid understanding of EU AI Act and related obligations.
• Experience designing risk management frameworks and control models.
• Familiarity with data protection, privacy, and information security principles.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the AI Risk Management framework aligning with regulatory requirements.
• Assess AI-related risks including bias, explainability, drift, and human oversight.
• Establish controls, KPIs, and audit mechanisms for AI systems.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Security, Data Protection, Audit, Business, and Tech teams.
• Produce regulatory documentation, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
