LUZA Group is seeking an AI Governance Lead to define and implement our governance framework, ensuring robust oversight across AI initiatives in a dynamic consulting environment. You will shape decision-making processes, policies, and controls that align with the European AI Act and Responsible AI principles, collaborating closely with executives.

You will also drive the AI governance roadmap, coordinate with Data Governance and Risk teams, and help scale governance across the organization while

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in IT Governance projects.
• 2+ years in AI Governance initiatives.
• Experience defining governance frameworks, policies, or operating models.
• Experience designing org structures and accountability models.
• Strong knowledge of Operating Model Design, Enterprise Governance, and Governance Frameworks.
• Experience defining AI lifecycle governance models.
• Solid understanding of the European AI Act and its governance requirements.
• Experience with Responsible AI and Data Governance.
• Ability to define policies, standards, guidelines, and control frameworks.
• Experience facilitating executive workshops and managing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certifications like COBIT, ISO 38500, TOGAF, DAMA are a plus.
• Experience in public sector or regulatory organizations is an advantage.

What You'll do:

Who You Are:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Governance projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI Governance initiatives.
• Proven experience defining governance frameworks, policies, standards, or operating models.
• Experience designing organizational structures, responsibilities, accountability models, and decision-making mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of Operating Model Design, Enterprise Governance, and Governance Frameworks.
• Experience defining AI solution lifecycle governance models.
• Solid understanding of the European AI Act and its governance and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Responsible AI, AI Lifecycle Governance, and Model Governance.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Ownership, and Metadata Management.
• Ability to define policies, standards, guidelines, and control frameworks.
• Experience facilitating executive workshops and managing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certifications such as COBIT, ISO 38500, TOGAF, DAMA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience in the public sector or regulatory organizations is considered an advantage.
