Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead end-to-end integration delivery across ERP, CRM, and HRIS landscapes. You will own backlog prioritization, quantify business value, and translate complex tech concepts into clear requirements for cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with architecture, security, DBAs, and external partners, ensuring solutions align with standards and agile practices in a fully remote Portugal setup.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of integrations from requirements through release and support.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog according to business value, feasibility, and objectives.
• Analyse existing integration solutions and document data sources, mappings, transformations, and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, infrastructure, InfoSec, DBAs, and external partners to deliver robust integrations.
• Support blockers and ensure compliance with architecture, security, performance and data governance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and prioritisation activities using MoSCoW as appropriate.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable requirements for business and tech teams.
• Monitor progress across initiatives and keep stakeholders informed.

Role Overview: We are looking for a

Technical Product Owner

What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of business-critical integrations, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, release, and support;
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog according to business value, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives, ensuring stories are refined and ready for development;
• Analyse existing integration solutions and business processes, documenting data sources, field mappings, transformation logic, workflows, and functional and non-functional requirements;
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, architects, infrastructure specialists, InfoSec, DBAs, and external partners to design and deliver robust integration solutions;
• Support the resolution of technical blockers and ensure solutions comply with architecture, security, performance, and data governance standards;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, refinement sessions, reviews, workshops, and prioritisation activities, using approaches such as MoSCoW when appropriate;
• Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear and actionable requirements;
• Monitor delivery progress across multiple concurrent initiatives and ensure stakeholders remain informed of key decisions, risks, and outcomes.

What you are like:

• Proven professional experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst, preferably within integration or API-focused environments;
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies, including REST, SOAP, messaging, ETL, JSON, XML, and CSV, as well as API security concepts;
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience analysing data and documenting integration processes, including field mappings, transformation logic, and data sources;
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience managing and prioritising product backlogs;
• Experience with integration and API tools and platforms such as is valued;
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS, as well as cloud environments such as Azure and AWS, is a plus;
• Product Ownershipcertifications such as CSPO or SAFe PO/PM and automotive industry experience are considered a plus.
