Checkmarx Ltd. is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated tests for its SaaS security platform.

The role involves integrating AI tools and agents into workflows, collaborating with product, architecture, and engineering teams, and ensuring robust test coverage across CI/CD pipelines. Requirements include 2+ years of hands-on test automation with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium and 2+ years of Python experience, plus API testing and GitHub/GitLab experience.

Qualificações

• 2+ years hands-on test automation experience with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• 2+ years Python experience.
• Proven experience with SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and agents.
• API testing experience.
• GitHub/GitLab experience with pipelines and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests.
• Integrate AI tools and agents into daily workflows (test generation, failure analysis, coverage optimization).
• Work with MCP-connected tools (GitHub, GitLab) for code management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Investigate failures and drive root cause analysis.
