HumanIT Digital Consulting is seeking a QA / Test Automation Engineer to own the automated testing strategy for AI Voice and Chat agents. You will design, build, and maintain suites across unit, API, and UI levels, with data mocks and CI/CD integration in a hybrid Porto setting.

You will work with Node.js/React/Vue codebases, apply modern frameworks like Playwright or Cypress, and continuously improve test coverage while handling non-deterministic behavior and multi-turn conversations.

Qualificações

• Experience building automated test suites from a low or fragmented baseline.
• Proven ability to consolidate inconsistent tests into a cohesive suite.
• Hands-on use of modern automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Vitest/Jest).
• Experience with API/integration testing and test data/mocking strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites across unit, API, end-to-end, and UI levels.
• Develop test data management, mocks, and service virtualization to support testing.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality gates block unsafe releases.
• Collaborate with product teams to test AI Voice/Chat agents and non-deterministic flows.
