RecT Solutions in Lisbon is seeking an AI-Driven Incident Support Engineer to own day-to-day IT incident operations and helpdesk management. You will extend automation and AI to run a lean IT team across a 200+ person global company.

You’ll translate complex incidents into clear actions, leverage AI tools, and build automation workflows to prevent future tickets while supporting scalable growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of total IT Systems & Support experience with hands-on AI/automation.
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience is essential.
• Daily use of AI tools and LLMs for problem solving and ticket handling.
• Proficiency with Jamf Pro, Okta, Google Workspace, and modern ticketing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Incident Management & IT Ops: manage the helpdesk queue and ensure no tickets are left unresolved.
• Systems Administration: onboarding/offboarding, manage Okta and macOS fleet via Jamf Pro, oversee Google Workspace.
• AI & Automation Operations: build and troubleshoot automation workflows, support enterprise AI tool deployment.
