SoSafe in Lisbon seeks a visionary Staff Engineer to join our IT Engineering team and lay the foundation for our AI-native future. You will build scalable platforms and mentor others while shaping how automation, AI agents and secure infrastructure co-exist at scale.

You will work across IT and Security, advocate for platform adoption, design effective hybrids, and lead by example to propel a cloud-native, product-driven engineering culture.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience operating at Staff/Principal Engineer level in a cloud-native SaaS
• Hands-on coding background and ability to guide platform teams
• Proven track record of AI-native adoption and robust automation workflows
• Mastery of infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and enterprise workflow orchestration

Responsabilidades

• Architect, build and iterate a toolchain fusing traditional automation with AI-driven design
• Mentor and enable early adopter teams to use the platform
• Drive the IT/Operations evolution toward an all-encompassing-as-code infrastructure
• Contribute to a scalable IT/Sec Operating System
• Lead and uplift the IT engineering teams and cross‑department collaboration
• Champion platform adoption across departments
