HiBob is seeking a technically minded CX AI, Automation & Process Specialist to scale Customer Experience operations through AI, automation, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll lead AI initiatives across CX, identify opportunities to leverage AI, and build intelligent workflows and custom agents that improve both the customer and employee experience.

Qualificações

• Experience in CX Ops or similar operations role with AI/automation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience building AI solutions, including AI agents and intelligent workflows.
• Experience leading AI adoption and transformation in CX.
• Understanding of applying AI to customer support processes (knowledge management, routing, summarisation).
• Experience with modern AI platforms and LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Notion).
• Strong CX tooling experience (Zendesk, Slack, Asana, Linear, Salesforce, Notion).
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and continually improve AI-powered agents, workflows, and automations for CX and employee experiences.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across CX with AI, Digitalisation, Product, and Operations teams.
• Represent CX in cross-functional AI initiatives and drive adoption of AI capabilities.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable AI-driven solutions across tools (Zendesk, Slack, Asana, Linear, Notion).
• Partner with CX teams to improve processes, reduce repetitive work, and enable scaling.
• Support day-to-day execution of the CX Delivery backlog with tooling improvements.
