BEAM - Managed IT Solutions seeks an AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy AI-enhanced solutions across our SaaS products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences.

You will leverage Azure Cognitive Services and Bot Framework, integrate AI via REST APIs, and ensure secure, scalable deployments with robust monitoring and documentation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience with cloud services and security best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deploy, and manage AI-driven solutions leveraging Azure Cognitive Services.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into SaaS platforms.
• Ensure secure integration of AI tools via RESTful APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Monitor AI system performance using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Ensure GDPR privacy and security compliance.
• Create and maintain documentation for AI systems, processes, and best practices.

We are seeking a talented AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art artificial intelligence solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our SaaS products and customer experiences through innovative AI implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and manage AI-driven solutions leveraging Azure Cognitive Services (Azure OpenAI Service).
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing SaaS platforms.
• Ensure secure and efficient integration of AI tools via RESTful APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Monitor and optimize AI system performance using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and GDPR standards.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for AI systems, processes, and best practices.

Technical Capabilities Required:

• Hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Services and Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Node.js, or C#/.NET.
• Experience with cloud integration services (REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
• Familiarity with Azure storage solutions (PostgreSQL).
• Strong knowledge of security and compliance practices (Azure AD, Key Vault, RBAC).
• Experience with CI/CD practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in SaaS environments preferred.
