Qualifications

• Высшее образование по компьютерной инженерии или смежной области
• Опыт не менее 8 лет в разработке ПО и лидерстве
• Опыт разработки и внедрения AI-агентов в продакшн
• Сильный опыт Platform Engineering, DevOps и CI/CD
• Умение работать с Python и TypeScript
• Опыт работы с облачной инфраструктурой и IaC (Terraform)
• Опыт разработки внутренних платформ разработчика, CLIs или движков рабочих процессов
• Глубокие знания SDLC и практик для повышения продуктивности разработчиков
• Ежедневный практический опыт использования инструментов программирования на базе AI
• Свободное владение английским языком
• Знание Kotlin, Go или Rust будет плюсом

Требования

• Higher education degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field.
• More than 8 years of experience in software engineering, including senior-level or technical leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience developing and implementing AI agents in production environments, including orchestration, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Delivery).
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP or equivalent) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), using Terraform or similar tools.
• Experience developing internal developer platforms (Internal Developer Platforms), command-line interfaces (CLIs), or workflow engines.
• Strong knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and practices focused on developer productivity.
• Hands-on experience using AI agent-assisted programming tools (agentic coding tools) daily in software development.
• Fluency in English.
