Jobtailor is seeking a DevOps/Platform Engineer in Portugal to contribute to enterprise CI/CD and platform engineering. You will support Kubernetes deployments, automation, observability, and troubleshooting while developing automation with Python, Shell, and Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD.

Qualificações

• Ongoing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Strong passion for technology, continuous learning, problem-solving, hands-on experimentation, and AI-assisted engineering.
• Practical experience or strong interest in Kubernetes, including core concepts and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Git, GitOps, Linux, Docker, Python, Shell scripting, cloud-native technologies, and AI tools.
• Good communication, collaboration, self-learning skills, proactive mindset, and willingness to take ownership.
• Good communication skills in English are mandatory.

• Support Kubernetes and OpenShift deployment, operations, automation, troubleshooting, observability, and monitoring.

• Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and reduction of manual workload.
