Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished AI prompts lead to establish best practices, coach business users, and drive adoption of AI solutions across the organization. You will craft guides, templates, and resources, troubleshoot prompts, and mentor junior staff while staying ahead of emerging capabilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into workflows, run training sessions, and share learnings. Strong communication to non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Qualificações

Minimum 5+ years of experience with AI, ML, or LLM tech.
Advanced expertise in prompt engineering and AI tool utilization.
Deep technical knowledge of AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical guidance.
Excellent communication with non-technical business users.
Experience in technical training and mentoring.
Hands-on experience with multiple AI platforms and tools.
