Job summary

BGBx Consulting seeks an ambitious architect to design fleets of AI agents and end-to-end workflows. You will connect agents, tools, people and systems into a coherent operating model, building with APIs, MCP, A2A, and webhooks while enabling low-code agent creation.

You will design routing, delegation and handoffs, ensure observability, and integrate deeply with Slack to automate work at scale. This role blends engineering depth with product thinking and rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting fleets of AI agents and building end-to-end workflows.
• Ability to connect tools, people and systems into cohesive architectures.
• Comfort with low-code/no-code approaches and enterprise integration patterns.

• Architect and operate fleets of AI agents.
• Connect agents, tools, people and systems into end-to-end workflows.
• Build with APIs, MCP, A2A, webhooks and emerging agent protocols.
• Create low-code/no-code agents atop internal capabilities.
• Design agent routing, delegation and handoffs; ensure observability.
• Integrate deeply with Slack and related collaboration spaces.
• Turn engineering capabilities into reusable agent tools and patterns.
• Prototype aggressively and ship quickly; advance reusable infrastructure.
