Job summary

Board Of Innovation is seeking an AI Engineer to design and build production-grade AI systems for enterprise clients. You will develop multi-step agents, tool-using LLM workflows, and integration pipelines that operate safely within business-critical environments.

You will own evaluation, observability, and operational aspects to ensure systems survive real-world use. You will work closely with engineers, strategists, and designers, and participate in client conversations from early scoping

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience shipping AI-powered systems in production.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern LLM engineering patterns (agents, tool use, retrieval, evals).
• CI/CD, testing, version control hygiene, and code quality matter.
