Qualifications

• 4+ years in fast-paced or startup environments contributing to products.
• Proficient in React/TypeScript and Python for full‑stack work.
• Experience deploying services on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and iterate AI‑powered features for the benefits platform.
• Work with design and product teams to ship high‑quality features.
• Maintain clean, tested code with clear documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend and ML pipelines as needed.
