Job summary

Inetum is seeking a KYC Transformation PMO to join our international team in Portugal. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, support regulatory transformation programs, and align multiple business and operational teams to deliver value.

You will manage governance materials, executive presentations, milestones, risks, and dependencies, while driving process optimization and change management to ensure successful adoption of new operating models.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO and project management within transformation or regulatory programs.
• Strong ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Proven skills in governance materials, reporting, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across teams and business functions.
• Support planning, execution, monitoring, milestones, dependencies and action plans.
• Prepare governance materials, management reports, and executive presentations.
• Organize meetings, steering committees, workshops, and stakeholder forums.
• Foster collaboration across business, operational, compliance and support teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and support decision-making with data analysis.
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support change management and ensure documentation stays aligned with governance.
