Inetum is seeking a capable PMO professional in Lisbon to track roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables while supporting business cases, executive presentations, and strategic reports. You will organize stakeholder meetings, ensure quality standards, and assist onboarding with access to essential tools.

You will also prepare regular status reports for leadership, identify risks, and provide governance insights. Proficiency in English and experience with Agile/Waterfall are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of PMO experience in Europe.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to connect the dots.
• Experience with demand management and roadmap planning.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA).
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Track and monitor roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support the development of business cases, executive presentations, and strategic reports.
• Organize, prepare, and support stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Support onboarding activities, including providing access to tools.
• Prepare and distribute regular project and program status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating them to executive leadership as needed.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using JIRA and other reporting tools.
• Provide insights into portfolio risks, dependencies, and benefits realization through governance and risk management.
• Contribute to transparency and consistency across projects.
