HN Services Portugal is seeking an experienced KYC Transformation & Project Manager to guide a strategic integration in the Banking & Financial Services sector. You will coordinate onboarding/remediation waves, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive governance, milestones and KPIs across international teams.

The role requires strong PMO/Transformation know-how, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with Jira or MS Project; Power BI/Tableau are a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience managing KYC onboarding/remediation projects.
• Strong PMO/Transformation background in financial services.
• Experience with cross-functional, multinational teams and senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor KYC onboarding and remediation waves.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Business, KYC, Compliance and Ops.
• Define and monitor project roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, risks and actions.
• Establish governance and regular project reporting.
• Coordinate international stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Organize workshops and steering meetings; drive follow-ups.
• Identify regulatory risks and coordinate mitigations.
• Support process improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to change management and new tools adoption.

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced KYC Transformation & Project Manager to join a strategic integration and transformation project within the Banking & Financial Services sector.

Professional Experience & Main Tasks

• Coordinate and monitor KYC onboarding and remediation waves
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Business, KYC, Compliance and Operations
• Define and monitor project roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, risks and action plans
• Establish effective project governance and regular reporting
• Coordinate multiple international stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery
• Organize workshops, steering meetings and project follow-ups
• Identify operational and regulatory risks and coordinate mitigation actions
• Support process improvements and transformation initiatives
• Contribute to change management and the implementation of new processes and tools

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with KYC processes, Client Onboarding and/or KYC Remediation
• Solid experience in Project Management, PMO or Transformation
• Previous experience within Banking, CIB or Asset Management
• Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with senior management and international teams
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Jira, MS Project or similar project management tools
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus
