Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Project Manager to lead medium-to-large global and regional initiatives across Finance, BPO and GBS from our Porto center. You will manage plans, budgets, risks and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional teams across locations, and ensure governance and successful go-lives with rigorous stakeholder communication.

Active PMP certification and 6–8 years of hands-on PM experience in multinational environments are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in business, finance, technology, engineering or related discipline.
Active PMP certification required.
Minimum 6-8 years of project management in a multinational, matrixed org.
Experience delivering cross-functional projects across countries and systems.
Strong planning, budgeting, risk, issue and dependency management.
Experience coordinating testing, cutover, training and hypercare.
Fluent English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, go-live, stabilization and closure.
Develop integrated plans, milestones, budgets and delivery dependencies.
Maintain logs for RAID, decisions, changes, actions and dependencies.
Prepare governance materials and facilitate steering forums.
Coordinate resources across locations and time zones.
Ensure readiness evidence and handover to operations at go-live.
Track adoption and post-implementation actions through closure.
