Phiture is seeking a Product Manager to drive value in a data-driven, AI-enabled marketplace environment. You will own the outward product scope—users, market, and the why—while collaborating with a Product Owner who handles delivery, ensuring every sprint contributes to LTV, margin, or retention.

You will lead market-fit decisions, conduct user research, and model economics to guide product bets that move the business metrics. Remote-first with flexible hours and fast-moving team dynamics.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS or marketplaces with measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of LTV, CAC, payback, and margin.

Responsabilidades

• Talk to users constantly and translate conversations into decisions.
• Own onboarding, buying experience, lead quality, retention, and monetization improvements.
• Tie every brief to LTV, CAC payback, and revenue per user with measurable upside.
