iSpeedToLead is seeking a Product Manager to own the outward-facing product, focusing on users, market, and value; work closely with a Delivery Owner to ensure every sprint advances LTV, margin, or retention. The role requires building a data-driven approach, user research, and AI-enabled optimization in a remote-first environment.

You will tie product ideas to measurable upside, run weekly experiments, and directly access your data to drive decisions that move money.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS or marketplaces with measurable impact.
• Understanding of LTV, CAC, payback, and contribution margin.
• Hands-on user research with synthesis work.
• Ability to tie ideas to measurable upside before development.
• Experience pulling data with SQL, Amplitude, BigQuery or similar tools.
• English at C1+; clear, sharp communication for US real estate investors.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with buyers, power accounts, and churned users to inform decisions.
• Own onboarding, buying experience, lead quality, retention, and monetization.
• Link each brief to LTV, CAC payback, margin, or revenue per active user.
• Model value before build with rough sizing of impact.
• Write briefs focused on problem, evidence, and expected impact.
• Ship weekly experiments; kill failures quickly and scale winners.
• Access and pull your data directly without an analyst gatekeeper.
• Monitor competitors and anticipate their moves.
