Keenfinity Group Audio seeks an AI & Business Automation Lead to own AI adoption across its Audio organization and to drive measurable business results using Claude and Salesforce Agentforce. You will govern AI usage, design training programs, and partner with IT and business owners to accelerate automation and adoption.

This role is based in Portugal and reports to the Director Digital & Commercial Transformation, Audio.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Digital Transformation, Process Automation, or AI enablement.
• Hands-on with enterprise AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot) or automation/RPA.
• Experience with Salesforce, Agentforce or CRM ecosystems from business ownership.
• Proven ability to design and deliver change management and training at scale.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills; results-oriented.
• Passion for AI-driven innovation and scalable global solutions.

Job Description

We are seeking an AI & Business Automation Lead to own the business impact and adoption of AI across our Audio organization.

As the global business owner for AI-enabled process automation, you will drive adoption of Claude and Salesforce Agentforce, define the AI governance framework, and turn our AI roadmap into measurable business results.

Acting as the central interface between Business and IT, you will work closely with the CRM Business Owner and the Service Business Owner as fellow initiative owners, and report program status through the Strategic Program Lead, who runs cross-portfolio governance across all Commercial Excellence workstreams. You report to the Director Digital & Commercial Transformation, Audio. This role is based in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Audio AI roadmap and turn it into a prioritized, quantified use-case backlog with clear business impact, effort and timeline
• Drive adoption of Claude Enterprise and Salesforce Agentforce across functions, tracking usage and value delivered
• Define and maintain the AI governance framework, covering model selection, data handling and usage policy
• Design and deliver training and enablement programs so AI adoption scales across the organization
• Identify and business-case new automation opportunities across Sales, Service and Operations
• Report AI business impact and adoption metrics to executive management on a regular cadence
• Partner with Product Owners, IT and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of AI capabilities

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Process Automation, AI Enablement or a comparable role
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot) or automation/RPA platforms
• Experience with Salesforce, Agentforce or a comparable CRM ecosystem from a business ownership perspective
• Proven ability to design and deliver change management and training programs at scale
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset
• Passion for AI-driven innovation, process excellence and scalable global business solutions
