Job summary

Hexa People is seeking an AI & Automation Solutions Specialist to develop practical AI and automation tools for supply management and business intelligence. You will turn operational challenges into working prototypes and evaluate their value with users.

You will collaborate with global teams, build prototypes using Python, SQL, APIs and low-code/no-code platforms, test with users, and prepare concepts for wider production with governance and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in applied AI, analytics, data, automation or digital products.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and large language models.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities with global and regional teams.
• Independently build prototypes using generative AI, data, APIs, Python, SQL and low-code/no-code technologies.
• Test solutions with users, iterate based on feedback and measure impact through outcomes such as time savings and quality.
• Prepare concepts for wider production in partnership with technology and AI teams, with governance and documentation.
• Share reusable tools and practical learnings across the organization.
