WizardingCode is hiring to build production-grade agents that operate inside clients’ real systems, including ERPs, helpdesks, and internal APIs. You’ll implement guardrails, tests, and production-ready code to ensure safe execution and measurable results.

Join a team shipping agents from shadow mode to live production, collaborating in client workshops to turn messy processes into clean, robust agent designs. Strong PHP/Laravel or Python experience and fluency in English are required.

Qualificações

• 4+ years shipping production software, ideally in PHP/Laravel or Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, tool use and structured outputs.
• You care about tests, logs and the boring parts that keep things running.
• Clear written English. Portuguese is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agents that run inside clients’ real systems: ERPs, helpdesks, inboxes, internal APIs.
• Write the evals, guardrails and judges that make them safe to run.
• Take agents from shadow mode to production, then watch the numbers.
• Sit in client workshops and turn messy processes into clear agent designs.
