The candidate will help create and sustain learning curriculums, run training courses, and support communities of practice, becoming a trusted advisor and servant leader in evolving Agile delivery practices.

Qualificações

• Experience guiding large-scale Agile transformations.
• Ability to coach multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, XP and related frameworks.
