Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager with 3 years of experience to drive agile delivery across multidisciplinary teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and monitor delivery through metrics, aiming to improve predictability and quality.

Qualificações

• 3 years of experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Certification as Scrum Master (PSM I or CSM).
• Experience facilitating Agile multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to identify causal relationships between practices and team performance.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).
• Support and coach multidisciplinary teams in Agile practices and ways of working.
• Identify impediments, promote their resolution, and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.
• Monitor team performance through metrics and simple reporting.
• Propose and track continuous improvement initiatives based on data and observations.
