We are seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Coach to lead agile practices across cross-functional teams delivering digital services worldwide. You will coach, facilitate PI and sprint ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement in a hybrid work setup, collaborating with Release Train Engineers and

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in scaled environments.
• Strong expertise in Scrum; knowledge of SAFe or LeSS is a plus.
• Experience in software development environments (e.g., Java, cloud technologies).

Responsabilidades

• Drive agile excellence: empower cross-functional teams to develop digital SaaS products in building technologies and energy management.
• Coach and inspire: foster continuous improvement, self-organization, and ownership across teams and programs.
• Enable team performance: work with Release Train Engineers and leadership to identify and remove impediments for smooth delivery.
• Create transparency: ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies, supporting backlog refinement.
• Facilitate collaboration: lead PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives effectively.
• Promote knowledge sharing: mentor agile values (Scrum, SAFe) within and across teams.
• Optimize processes: continuously improve agile ways of working, tools, and frameworks with Scrum Masters and stakeholders.
