Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] seeks an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to guide product teams, remove blockers, and drive value-based delivery across Agile squads. You’ll mentor Product Owners, map workflows, and foster open communication with stakeholders.

The role focuses on continuous improvement, data-driven decisions, and building a safe, high-trust environment. This is a hybrid, Lisbon-friendly position with flexible hours and strong cross-cultural collaboration.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years in Scrum Master or Agile Coach roles.
• Experience mapping and optimizing team workflows.
• Proven use of workflow metrics (CFD, Burn down, Burn up, Histogram, Flow, Lead Time, Cycle Time).
• Experience with Jira or similar tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to work partly on-site in Lisbon.

You'll be focused in

In order to succeed, you’ll need

• 2-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or other similar role
• Previous experience mapping and optimizing the team workflow
• Proven records of using workflow metrics (CFD – Cumulative Flow Diagram, Burn down, Burnup, Histogram, Flow Efficiency, Lead Time e Cycle Time)
• Knowledge of management tools such as Jira
• Ability to communicate about organizational challenges and collaborate on finding solutions
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken
• Availability to be sometimes at the office in Lisbon
