Dellent is seeking an Agile Coach for a Porto-based hybrid role within their investment banking and financial services project. You will guide agile adoption, shape scalable approaches, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value. English proficiency is required.

The position focuses on leading agile practices, coaching teams, and advancing organizational maturity through proven frameworks and certifications. Porto hybrid work model offered.

Qualificações

• More than 9 years of experience in a similar role.
• 5+ years of experience as a dedicated Agile Coach in mid-to-large-scale tech organizations.
• Advanced certifications such as SPC, ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, CSM/AASE, or equivalent.

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for an Agile Coach to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements

• More than 9 years of experience in a similar role;


• 5+ years of experience acting as an dedicated Agile Coach inside mid-to-large-scale technology organizations;


• Advanced certifications such as SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, CSM/AASE, or equivalent professional credentials;


• Expert knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Scaling Frameworks, such as: SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model;


• Fluent in English.
